TG KSA series process pump is double suction, between bearing, radially split and centerline supported, designing according to API 610 10th Ed (code BB2).

FEATURES
-  Casing
Double volute design reduces the radial thrust, the liquid that entering into impeller distributed evenly.

-  Casing Cover

The symmetry double casing cover design for easy in maintenance. The cooling chamber design could decrease the working temperature in seal chamber, which guarantees seal long life

-  Impeller

Double suction impeller give low NPSHR and balances axial thrust for long bearing life.

-  Shaft
Rigid shaft design guarantee the pump running steadily under the working speed. The heavy-duty shaft is designed for adopting the suitable bearing span, which supplies the reliability and anti-turn safety.

-  Bearing

The diagonal containing ball bearing guarantee the load capacity in heavy duty. Various cooling type the decrease the bearing working temperature to improve the bearing life; air cooling ( t < 120 degree celsius )
, fan cooling ( t = 120 - 260 degree celsius) and water cooling ( t = 260 - 450 degree celsius ).
-  Seal Chambers
Conform to API 682 requirement allow the use of wide range mechanical seal for specific service conditions.
