TECHNICAL FEATURES
CAD modern design, super hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low abrasion rate. Wide passage, non-clogging and good performance of NPSH. Expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal have been adopted to guarantee to slurry from leakage. Realibility design, ensure long MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure). Standard bearing with oil lubrication, reasonable lubricating and cooling systems ensure the life of bearing the materials of wet parts have good performance of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion. The pump can be used for seawater ash-removing to prevent it from the corrosion of seawater, salt and mist, and electrochemical corrosion. Materials of wet parts are of high chrome alloy. The permissible maximum pressure is 3.6 MPa

APPLICATION
The pump is designed and developed in order to meet the requirements on the development of the electricity power, metallurgy, coal industries, constructional material and chemical industry. Widely used for handling the mixture contained in abrasive and corrosive solids, especially for removing ash and sludge. Dewatering pump application on mining area.
